Food and Family was part of Bruno's daily life growing up Italian-American. This upbringing is what drove him to cook for friends and family. When Bruno started cooking for Tricia, she felt that there was a clear winning recipe: the Focaccia. The Mercantile will offer classic coffee drinks and morning pastries with a focus on focaccia driven menu items.
Seasonal Flowers
If the cafe is the heart, then the flowers and garden are the soul of The Mercantile.
Before Tricia met Bruno, she never imagined owning a small flower farm, and here we are. Tricia has always been a creative person, whether dabbling at the kitchen table making arts and crafts with her daughter, to making flower arrangements; making them pretty. When Tricia showed Bruno a vision of flower beds, the dream, fueled by that creativity, started to become a reality. There's now approximately an acre of cultivated land producing cut flowers that will be available in The Mercantile.

Our retail collection brings together the essentials that shape our space—terracotta pots and tools we genuinely use, fresh flowers, small‑batch baked treats, celebration pieces that make moments memorable, and coffee favorites we love sharing. Each offering is chosen to feel purposeful, beautiful, and connected to the way we gather here.
